[Bug Workaround] qucs.exe is waiting for another process (splwow64.exe)

Hi,

Recently I find I can not start qucs.exe GUI after a recent laptop system update.

I dig into the problem by look at the task manager.  qucs.exe is in the process list. but if you analyze wait chain. It is waiting for another process splwow64.exe.

I don’t know the reason for qucs.exe to be pending on a printer service.

If I end the process splwow64.exe, the qucs GUI show up again.

note: qucsattenuator.exe, qucsdev.exe and others are not affected by splwow64.exe
