      In Windows 10 Home Single Language  version 22H2 SO 19045.2965 Feature Experience Pack 1000.19041.1000.0, Qucs Studio 4.3.1, when I attempt to follow the FAQ instructions to start at desired directory for projecs, qucs studio gives me the following (see attached image) error.

      What can I do to correct this?
