I’m having an issue with the built-in 2N3904 BJT model. Calculate DC bias gives “nanV” for each node, and there are warnings when I try to do a DC simulation about floating nets. I can replace the 2N3904 transistor with another transistor 2N2222 for example, and the DC bias-point calculation works fine. I think there may be an issue with the 2N3904 transistor model. I verified this issue on a clean install.
Right click on the transistor, Edit Properties, roll down to the parameter IRb=50.3624 and set it to IRb=0. This parameter has been re-installed in v3.3.2 and this device must have been skipped.
