Hello,
The S-parameter simulation of an active device is typically performed within bias and frequency dependent conditions. The DC and RF results are saved in a standard *.dat file.
It would be helpful to extend the capabilities of the “devices=>S-parameter file (SnP)” component so as to enable it to convert bias and frequency dependent measured DC and S-parameter data.
