I am writing on behalf of a company that is interested in using QucsStudio for internal circuit design and simulation purposes. Before proceeding, we would like to clarify the licensing terms to ensure compliance.
Specifically, we would like to ask:
1. Is it permissible to use QucsStudio for free within a commercial organization, strictly for internal use (i.e., circuit analysis, design, and evaluation)?
2. We do not intend to redistribute, modify, or include the software in any commercial product. Would this usage still fall within your acceptable terms?
We would greatly appreciate your confirmation or guidance regarding this matter.

the uSimmics/QucsStudio license complies indeed as you wrote, i.e. you are allowed to use the program freely within your company, but any commercial redistribution, modification or implementation into other non-free products are forbidden. I have updated the legal site to clarify this.
