I agree temperature coefficients should be included in the resistor device. The spice (.cir) import feature Project–>Import_data fails if any resistor has temperature coefficients.
In uSimmics v5.9 (maybe v5.8) the thermal coefficients and more parameters are included in the RF_resistor in Library–>Diverse:
