      Hi !

I have been studying filter (BPF) tuning in the time domain, Keysight AN1278-8 and Agilent AN1287-10
There is an example of an ideal BPF with S11 in frequency domain and S11 in time domain which is a
bandpass mode of time domain transform. ADS simulation
I tried the tdr(S[1,1],0) function but this does not give any useable result, guess it is a lowpass or impulse mode transform.
Is there a way of making this kind of timedomain simulation of a BPF in uSimmics so I
can compare with the VNA time domain reading ? Could I use freq2time(x,w) in some way ?

      Thanks !

I have written two Octave files (my first Octave project) to compute Lowpass- and Bandpass-Mode time domain transforms.  See the slides posted here . I have wondered how to do this for decades.  In 2012, I bought Joel Dunsmore’s book which explained how to do it.  Seeing this post from SM6PGP motivated me to work on it.  Thanks !
