All people who use uSimmics or QucsStudio have to comply to the following terms:

1. uSimmics and QucsStudio are free software! Everyone has the permission to download and use it freely, even within commercial organizations.
2. Using uSimmics or QucsStudio is at your own risk! There is no warranty at all, not even for merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
3. It is forbidden to redistribute, modify or include uSimmics or QucsStudio in any commercial product! In case you want to do so, please contact the author for a special license.
4. The copyright information must not be removed! Whenever portions of the software (programs, pictures etc.) are used, a reference to the copyright must always exist.
5. All files, designs, scripts etc. created by you with uSimmics or QucsStudio are completely yours.

Furthermore, the following things should be kindly noted in order to keep this project alive:

• When writing a publication whose outcome has partly been created with uSimmics or QucsStudio, it will be nice to mention the program.
• If you use uSimmics or QucsStudio regularly and like the program, it will be nice to donate some money.
• Companies, institutes and universities that largely use uSimmics or QucsStudio should consider to pay for support.
