      Hi,

      I work in Analog RF IC design at a university, so I would find it great to simulate MOSFETS with advanced effects, ergo importing BSIM4 models, while being able to sweep width and length parameters and plot transistor operating point parameters.

      I haven’t found out yet, how to accomplish these things. I would be grateful, if someone who knows could explain it to me or, if these features do not exist yet, they could be implemented in a future release.
