      Hi,

      I am trying a very basic harmonic balance simulation with a BSIM6 MOSFET and getting a NaN as result.

      The simulation log shows messages like this:

      Warning in ‘HB1’: Inserting 1 GOhm at HB node 186/272.

      Every net but the input shows “NaN” for all frequencies.

      I tried with the BSIM6 default parameters and the parameters available from the CMC BSIM6 6.1.1. deliverable https://www.bsim.berkeley.edu/BSIMBULK/BSIM6.1.1_07302015.tar.gz

      Any idea on how to get the HB sim working?
