Cannot seem to generate Special Transistors.dll now in uSimmics-5.8?

I have been trying to generate the Simulation_BinaryLibraries.dll within uSimmics-5.8 but I cannot find how to do this since following the instructions “Create Binary Library…”

causes the MinGW32/bin/ld.exe not to find the Simulation_BinaryLibrary.lib to create the Simulation_BinaryLibrary.dll:

Consequently, the Simulation_BinaryLibrary.lib is non-existent or out of date if one tries to use the last compiled version from QucsStudio 4.3.1.

Any ideas?
