add equation block and add a variable a = 1. Apply. Ok.

Now you should have y=1 and a=1.

open it again, delete a. Apply. ok.

open it again. Add. enter name ‘b’. enter value ‘2’. Apply.

name is now automatically change to ‘a’ , which it should not.

I cannot reproduce it!? When exactly does it happen?

        > add equation block and add a variable a = 1. Apply. Ok.
“Ok” is enough, “Apply” is not needed.

        > Now you should have y=1 and a=1.
Should have or do you have it?

        > open it again, delete a. Apply. ok.
        Again “Apply” is not necessary.

        > open it again. Add. enter name ‘b’. enter value ‘2’. Apply.
So you change ‘y’ to ‘b’ and ‘1’ to ‘2’ and then press “Apply” and not “ok”?

        > name is now automatically change to ‘a’ , which it should not.
You mean you are still in the dialog and the ‘b’ in the line-edit field is changed to ‘a’?

        Thanks!

I have. All ok here so far.

          >> open it again. Add. enter name ‘b’. enter value ‘2’. Apply.

No. Add creates a new line. Add name ‘b’ and value ‘2’ in the empty line.

yes. As soon as I hit apply.

I just confirmed it unter Win10.
