      Getting Started with Analog Simulations”

      >>1st paragraph, sentence after “(7)”. “You will be ask…”. “ask” should be “asked”.

      >>2nd paragraph, 3rd line, “Pressing the right mouse button rotates the symbol…”. This doesn’t work for me–I am using Windows 11 on a laptop computer. I have to place the component, pick on it, and use the fold over icon.

      >>The ground symbol you have is for an “earth ground”. Please change this or add the “chassis or PCB equivalent ground symbol”. This is what I call the pitch fork symbol or crow’s foot symbol. Reference IEC 60617 or IEEE 315, clause 3.9.1 and clause 3.9.2.

      >>Units of measure are considered common nouns and are not capitalized. “50 Ohm” should be “50 ohm”. Of course it would be best to use the SI letter symbol (Greek upper case Omega), which I see you do use in other parts of the program and on the schematics.

        Hello Larry,

        >>1st paragraph, sentence after “(7)”. “You will be ask…”. “ask” should be “asked”.
You’re right, thanks for reporting it! I will fix it.

        >>2nd paragraph, 3rd line, “Pressing the right mouse button … doesn’t work for me
That’s strange. I tested it on several machines from WinXP to Win12 without problems. If your right-mouse button works in other applications, I won’t have an explanation for this behavior.

        >>The ground symbol you have is for an “earth ground”…. (Reference IEC 60617 or IEEE 315, clause 3.9.1)
This reference also states that the “earth ground” symbol is used for “general ground”, too, so I think it’s correct here.

        >>Units of measure are considered common nouns and are not capitalized. “50 Ohm”….
You’re right again. I will use the capital omega instead.
