freq2time shows error in graph

uSimmics 5.9

I simulate a coax cable in the frequency range 10 MHz to 20 GHz with 10 MHz steps. The S-parameter looks good.

If I plot the time domain signal according to the minimal description I get the error on the diagram.
Have I done something wrong, or is this a bug?
