Help simulate TVS diode

Hello,

I’m trying to simulate a DC circuit that includes a TVS diode and undergoes a voltage surge.
The purpose is to size the adequat Transient Voltage Suppressor diode to protect the interface.

Unfortunately I canno’t find the component corresponding to this type of diodes. I’ve looked over the internet for a library that may include this component. No result either by excavating the “Help”.

By any chance, has anyone already tried to implement a TVS diode in QucsStudio ? Or is there a specific component that actually is a TVS diode but not exactly named like this ?
