I installed qucs on a note book with high resolution screen 3840 x 2160 pixel. When I start it either the symbols in the menu bar are very, very small or (after installation with the windows installer on source forge) the text in the menus is very, very small. Is there anyone having an idea how to solve this problem?

It sounds you are referring to Qucs. This forum is about QucsStudio, see http://qucsstudio.de/about/
Its very unlikely that you will find help here.
