Adding either type=1 (for npn) or type=-1 (for pnp) to the imported card, the type parameter in the created transistor is displayed as “npn” and the transistor symbol is “pnp” in both cases. Omitting the type entry from the card the correct (default) type parameter “npn” and the “npn” transistor symbol is obtained.
