Hello,

I would like to set several values in the design to have a common value, that can be easily changed. This is the case with filters with lumped element, when we need to have common values of symmetrical components and in distributed structures, when the components in series have to share common width of the microstrip line, which is subject to change during the design. Please let me know how can I parametrize the design. Thank you!

Hi !

You can use the EQUATION FUNCTION and for example in the schematic let C1=Cin, C2=Cm, C3=Cm C4=Cin.
In the equation box you add
Cin = 100 pF
Cm = 200 pF
Then you can tune or do what you need to do – and change the values simultanously.
