I have written two Octave files (my first Octave project) to compute Lowpass- and Bandpass-Mode time domain transforms. See the slides posted here . I have wondered how to do this for decades. In 2012, I bought Joel Dunsmore’s book which explained how to do it. Seeing this post from SM6PGP motivated me to work on it. Thanks !

Maybe R10 is the problem? I have deactivated it in the attached screenshot.

My mistake, Q2 looks correct, and I had not included Q4. When included, there is the problem you described.
I think the only problem is the output MOSFET needs to be reversed so that the P-channel source is connected to the 12 volt supply. Attaching a uSimmics schematic screenshot.

There is a very helpful calculator and equations for conductor-backed edge coupled coplanar waveguide given by Takayuki Hosoda at http://www.finetune.co.jp/~lyuka/technote/cbcpw/edge-coupled-cbcpw.html . I have made a subcircuit for the coupled line shown in the attached screenshots.
Why not just have an equation for width=WH * 1.6 mm and Sweep WH ?
