cartesian: Move marker to max/min/extremum

Nice little feature would be:

– select marker in cartesian plot.

– hit hotkey e.g. ‘e’ for “jump to nearest extremum” (could be a max or min)

other functions could be:

– jump to max

– jump to  min

Using “nearest extremum” helps to distinguish between local extrema and cases when the max/min just happens to be at the begin or end of the frequency range.

CST Microwave studio does it like that.
