Greetings!
Does anyone know of a way to do transient simulation of PIN diodes in Qucsstudio?
For most purposes we are happy with S-Parameter simulations when the the PIN drive is static. But when we switch PIN diodes we need to account for TL (lifetime) and W (I-region width). I am (trying) to do something with the Caverly PIN model (with his help) but the variant of Spice used is different from what Qucsstudio needs for import. I will attempt to make a subcircuit to account for TL and W meanwhile.
